I am very happy to have stumbled upon these great Youtube vids today of Beachwood Sparks playing on Spanish television back in 2000, around when their debut LP was released. Most of the material is that, but stay tuned til the end because they totally close with their awesome cover of the Everly Brothers’ “Wake Up Little Susie”, which was eventually recorded and showed up on the b-side to a foreign press only single for the “Once We Were Trees” song. All great psychedelic country music for those who missed out on these dudes way back when.
