Stay In This World, the newest entry in Jheri Evans‘ VHS Dreamz series (RAD FORT #27) is now available to order. It acts as August’s design – production ran behind so June became July’s and now they will both ship at the same time in mid-August.
Subscriptions are still available in the complete 12 month or 6 month packages: http://radicalfortress.bigcartel.com/product/vhs-dreamz-by-jheri-evans-a-12-month-poster-subsciption-series

RAD FORT friend Cassie McCarthy is doing tarot readings this summer for free in private or for bragging, your choice. Ask nicely and maybe she’ll show you one of her own card designs too.
For more information you can point yer computer clicker to http://akshullycomix.tumblr.com/post/7478144732/ive-decided-to-do-readings-regularly-so-i-can and that should scratch the itch.
Cassie has some killer stuff on the way for everyone, so get your brain ready.

Seeing that’s it is the week containing the most red, white and blue day of em all, it seemed like a fitting time to drop American Filth on the public.
RAD FORT #35 is 64 pages of rare and unreleased comics by Joey Gantner, contained under a brand new cover painting. Not to be missed!
Download the 170.1 MB (!) pdf file for your computer, smart phone or eReader now: http://www.radicalfortress.com/comics/AMERICANFILTH.pdf
It is free of course, but this one has a donation button if you’re feeling up to it. Those who do will receive an emailed link to the American Filth companion, coming out next week that features a few old comics not in included in this collection, comics by me from 8th grade era and a new strip made exclusively for this release. No pressure, I’d really just like you to check it out!

Everyone involved has been staying mum about it, and this post won’t really change that. You should just know that COSMIC CYST is coming at the end of the summer, it features comics by the best artists around (everyone we didn’t get will appear in it’s already in progress sequel) and it’s co-edited/co-released by Kenneth Kupfer (VALUE SHOCK) and myself (RAD FORT). Kenneth of course gets full credit for conceiving the anthology and it’s unifying concept.
That’s all for now, but above you can view a teaser with a panel from 6 of the artists (there is plenty more, these are just what I have readily available on my new computer). No names are being released yet, but guesses are most welcome. This is the big project for the year and the final product will certainly reflect that… but enough spoilers.
Cosmic Cyst is coming, mother fuckers, and it’s going to set the streets on fire.
I actually finished the 4th Cheesus earlier this year – it was intended to be printed in a zine I was putting together, but eventually it’s focused changed (and yes it’s still coming, I’ve had the covers printed since December of 2010). So this one has been sitting around, waiting to exist beyond my drawing desk.
Here it is, Rad Fort #33: “Brother, Can You Spare a Slice?” is a 6 page romp through the hard streets of Any City, USA, featuring a down on his luck Cheesus. I did an ink wash over all the pages last night so it’s got that sexy grey pop.

Up next for this cheese dude? The “CHEESOMNIBUSUS” (thanks to MJG for the name) will come either at the end of this year or earlier in the next. It will print every story past, present and future including the final 2 full length stories of the character before I put him to bed.
